• To protect the website and prevent misuse.

Storage and sharing

Inquiry details are stored in our internal customer follow-up system. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with relevant service providers, suppliers, laboratories, or logistics partners when this is necessary for your requested project and subject to appropriate business controls.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, legal obligations, and record keeping. Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information.

First-party website analytics

We use a limited internal measurement system to understand page views, referral channels, and inquiry conversions. It records the page path, general source such as Google or Facebook, campaign labels included in a link, and the event time. It does not store a visitor name, email, IP address, advertising identifier, or persistent visitor ID. Source information may be kept temporarily in session storage so an inquiry can be attributed to the correct channel. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or marketing analytics cookies.
